Tengizchevroil is a Kazakh joint venture between Chevron, 50 percent, KazMunaiGas, 20 percent, ExxonMobil, 25 percent and LukArco, 5 percent. Tengizchevroil set a production record in 2008 with 17.3 million tons of crude and is ramping up production in 2009 from its recent expansion. TCO has contributed approximately $30 billion to Kazakhstan entities and $450 million for social investment over its 16-year history.
