Vologda Construction Structures and Road Machinery Plant OJSC is the largest plant in Russia specialising in manufacturing various-purpose Mobicon container-type mobile prefabricated buildings. We offer supplies of non-assembled block-containers as well as design, development, fabrication and “turnkey” installation of block-container-based rotation camps in conformity with the customers’ technical requirements and specifications. The capacity of the plant provides for monthly fabrication of 350-400 block-containers, prefabricated buildings with a floor area of 8,000 m2 based on VolDom technology, and 500 tons of buildings made of LMC (light-gage metal structures) with due account of requirements to the quality of manufactured products. All products are certified. Certificate of Conformity No. ROSS RU.0062.03OS.P0012 is registered with the State Committee for Standardisation, Metrology, and Certification of Russia. In March 2004, DQS Certificate was obtained which confirms compliance of the implemented and employed Quality Management System to ISO 9001:2000 requirements (Certificate DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 No. 287282 QM). The plant has a number of representative offices in Russia, including those in Moscow and St Petersburg, as well as a separate manufacturing facility in Adygeysk, Republic of Adygeya. Introduction of new technologies and continuous structural improvement of our products enables the plant to hold leading positions on the market of manufacturers of prefabricated buildings.
