Main chemical manufactured by Zirax is PelletOil™ (Calcium Chloride Granules 94-98%, meets GOST 450-77), which is widely used in oil and gas industry. Main spheres of PelletOil™ Calcium Chloride application are: making drilling muds, additive to workover fluids, additive to packer fluids, additive to well-killing fluids, additive to well completion fluids, packing cement accelerator. Main advantages of PelletOil™: specific density of the solution is 1.090 – 1.474 gr/m3, the percentage of admixtures is close to zero, production based on pure synthetic hydrochloric acid, smaller size of pellets, fast and effective dissolution, less dust, packaging is ISO 9002 certified and has advanced strength properties.
